1.Shipping Coverage & Pan-India Serviceability
KESULA delivers across all 28 States and 8 Union Territories in India, covering over 19,000+ postal pin codes. We partner exclusively with premier tier-1 express logistics providers:
2.Estimated Delivery Transit Timelines
Once your parcel is handed over to the courier partner and a tracking AWB number is generated:
- Metro Cities (Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune): Delivered within 3 to 5 business days.
- Tier-2 & Tier-3 Cities / Rest of India: Delivered within 5 to 8 business days.
- Remote / North-Eastern & Island Regions: May take 7 to 10 business days depending on terrain and regional transit connectivity.
3.Shipping Charges
- Orders Above ₹1,999: FREE Insured Pan-India Delivery.
- Orders Below ₹1,999: Flat nominal shipping fee of ₹149 to cover insured artisan packaging and express courier freight.
4. Real-Time Order Tracking
As soon as your package is dispatched from our Kalaburagi studio:
- You will receive an automated SMS, WhatsApp update, and email with the courier tracking ID (AWB) and direct tracking link.
- You can also enter your Order ID anytime on our dedicated tracking portal: kesula.store/track-order.
5.Packaging & Transit Insurance
Due to the delicate nature of hand-sewn glass mirrors (Abhla) and cowrie embellishments, every garment is packed in dual-layer water-resistant protective wrapping, padded bubble cushioning, and sealed in tamper-evident security bags to ensure your heirloom arrives in pristine condition. All consignments are 100% insured against loss or damage in transit.
